Our fish are handled respectfully, immediately processed, chilled below freezing and flown to Seattle within 48 hours of leaving the sea.
Our salmon are available through Seattle area farmers' markets, food co-ops, grocery stores and from the deck of The Loki moored at Fisherman Terinal's West Wall.
We also supply customers nationally through the Alaska Airlines network with our wild salmon products: fresh and frozen whole fish, vacuum-packed filet portions of frozen and smoked salmon, canned sockeye salmon and salmon roe.
