Guests are welcome to read from the well-stocked manga library and watch anime on the dual plasma screens on either side of the bar.

In partnership with its headline sponsor, CineAqua, the International Manga and Anime Festival Design and Animation Competition were launched two weeks ago and already entries are arriving from all over the world.
Though impressed by the entries so far, he adds, “We do not permit commercial companies to submit multiple entries within categories, but we do allow individuals, allowing creators the opportunity to explore non– traditional approaches, as well as traditional forms of styles, when creating Manga and Anime - the 2005 entries displayed a variety of artistic styles and can still be viewed on our website.“ .
The IMAF 2006 Manga and Anime Design Competition and Awards has an overall prize fund worth $85, 000, $75, 000 of which being cash prizes.
Previous winner, Kosal Sok is now Head Animator with the Trocadero Studio in Paris and the 2005 Student Children’s Manga Storyboard winner, Joanna Zhou, is a resident ImagineFX artist..
IMAF 2006 will take place at the magnificent London County Hall, Westminster from Friday 10th – Tuesday 14th November 2006 and open with the IMAF 2006 Manga and Anime Design Competition and Awards ceremony on Friday 10th November 2006.
